About us
MARKETS
Matthew Tolmachoff has 35 years of Agribusiness experience with an emphasis on trading, export sales, marketing, grain accumulation and warehouse logistics. He has specialized in the trade of Water in Australia and California. He completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Science at UQ International Marketing & Export Management.
His professional experience with companies such as Dunavant Enterprises, Lempriere , Australian Growers Cooperative and Elders, in cotton, wool and grain has led to a strong understanding of sales and distribution having managed warehouse shipping terminals and trading businesses, selling commodities to diverse interests such as cotton spinners, flour and feed mills, dairy and meat exporters and accumulating commodities direct from growers.
TIMING
The Tolmachoff family have owned and managed cotton, grain irrigated agriculture properties in NSW, QLD and SA, and he has a deep connection with agribusiness and understanding growers needs and executing counter-intuitive marketing strategies.
INSIGHT
Having built many key agribusiness relationships with domestic end use customers and export counter parties, and the management of trade activities, including marketing and execution of Pool, Cash Index Programs and Cash trading activities he hopes to strengthen ties through conveying detailed market information and insight into agriculture commodity market structures to our grower and end-user clientele's benefit.

Our core agribusiness is the marketing and brokerage of OTC hedge contracts in Agri Commodities that are traded on-screen on the Riemann platform delivered by the Financial and Energy Exchange (FEX)
Current agriculture contracts listed on Riemann are:
Wool, Grains (track contract NSW and VIC), and Cotton FOB Ginyard Forward Contract, Spot Cotton Auction /Tender - Gin or Warehouse based location
